Update on USCIS Processing TimesApril 18, 2018

The USCIS updated their Case Processing Times website to make it easier to check on the status of your immigration filing. You are now able to see an estimated time range for typical processing times for a selected petition. Additionally, a Case Inquiry Date is listed. If your receipt date is before the Case Inquiry Date, you can submit an “outside normal processing time” service request. You can also sign in or create an account to see your personalized case completion time. #EB5 #EB5isworking #immigration #greencard
