Ms. Sarah Callaway is our Director of Client Services. Ms. Callaway’s organized attention to detail earned her this critical job position of maintaining the records for thousands of clients as they make their way through the EB-5 process. Ms. Callaway earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration, Forensic Chemistry and Sociology from Western Illinois University. Prior to her employment with CMB Regional Centers, Ms. Callaway served as the Office Manager for a major furniture retail company.
Ms. Kolar is the Client Relations Manager. Ms. Kolar works with the CMB team that is responsible for document and submission construction. Ms. Kolar’s paralegal skills are indispensable in marketing and partnership document management. Ms. Kolar received her Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies from Kaplan University in 2006. Prior to her employment with CMB Regional Centers, Ms. Kolar served as a legal secretary/paralegal for a law firm. During her tenure at the law firm, Ms. Kolar assisted a team of attorneys with many tasks including: compiling and propounding discovery, research, file management, financial management, and scheduling hearing and trial dates. Ms. Kolar also has experience as a customer service representative. Ms. Kolar’s legal and customer service experience provides an excellent resource for CMB Regional Center clients. Ms. Kolar helps manage client documents, escrow account information, and client-related correspondence. Ms. Kolar also coordinates with the accounting department to ensure timely posting of the client financial records to the website and supervises the exchange of information with CMB’s worldwide network of consultants.
Lydia Johnson is a Client Relations Manager with CMB Regional Centers. Ms. Johnson’s responsibilities include assisting with client records, wire transfers and sending documentation to clients, attorneys and consultants. Ms. Johnson worked for 7 years as a Medical Records Clerk and Business Office Assistant at an Orthopedic Office. Ms. Johnson attended New York Institute of Photography online receiving a certificate for Photography.
Marita Batten is CMB’s Executive Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to Mr. Patrick Hogan. She is responsible for Mr. Hogan’s schedule, coordinating travel, and assisting with the coordination of the Aviation Department. She serves as a liaison between Mr. Hogan’s companies which include but are not limited to, CMB Regional Centers, Rock Island Auction Company, and UP Management. Prior to her employment with CMB, Ms. Batten was the Auxiliary Enterprises Coordinator at Benedictine University. There she was responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships, coordinating events, tracking revenue, and invoicing and collecting payments from clients. Ms. Batten has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish and a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Development from Benedictine University.
Ms. Franks is the Executive Assistant to CMB Chief Operating Officer Kraig Schwigen. She is responsible for Mr. Schwigen’s schedule, coordinating staff travel, and a variety of administrative tasks. Prior to her employment with CMB, Ms. Franks was a commercial banking professional, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in the customer service and financial industry.
Ms. Curless is the Assistant to CMB’s President, Ms. Noreen Hogan. She is responsible for Ms. Hogan’s schedule, special projects and other administrative duties. Prior to her employment with CMB, Ms. Curless has served as both an administrative and legal assistant and brings years of customer service experience with her.
Mr. Reilly joined CMB in 2017 as CMB’s Accounting Compliance Officer. Mr. Reilly is a CPA and he possesses an extensive background as a Senior Financial Services Executive with over 35 years of financial management experience across brokerage, hedge fund, futures, and investment management environments. Mr. Reilly most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Romano Brothers & Co., a dually registered Broker/Dealer – Investment Advisory (RIA) firm, where he was responsible for financial control and directed all accounting and financial activities including treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions. He also served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Romano Brothers to insure regulatory compliance with all SEC, FINRA and MSRB rules and established policies and procedures to effectuate compliance to satisfy the firm’s regulatory obligations. Mr. Reilly has a BBA from Notre Dame and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
Philip Kassel is CMB’s Director of Compliance. Mr. Kassel is also one of CMB’s in-house counsel, and is responsible for overseeing all CMB EB-5 partnerships and the day to day activities of CMB Staff for compliance with U.S. securities laws. Mr. Kassel obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as a research assistant for Professor Burns Weston and as an Associate Editor for the law journal Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Prior to working for CMB, Mr. Kassel worked for a general practice law firm in Davenport, Iowa, concentrating on real estate and commercial transactions, and also as a law clerk for the Fifth Judicial District of Iowa in Des Moines.
Jessica Marzullo is one of CMB’s In-House Counsel; she assists in the structuring and composition of legal documents related to the CMB partnerships. Ms. Marzullo obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Redlands, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Prior to joining CMB in 2013, Ms. Marzullo was employed with a national law firm and her practice focused on public entity and agency law, redevelopment law, contract law and litigation. She has experience in representing redevelopment agencies in structuring financing for real estate projects, and has drafted and negotiated various transactional documents on their behalf, including disposition and development agreements, purchase agreements, resolutions, licenses, leases and right of way agreements, among others. Her experience also includes representing municipalities to enforce bond foreclosure covenants, real estate acquisition and finance, entity formation, advising public agencies in disputes involving public contracts, representing public transit agencies and public entities in general litigation and representing skilled nursing facilities in personal injury, malpractice and elder abuse disputes.
Joseph Loete is one of CMB’s in-house counsel. Mr. Loete assists CMB’s legal team with the composition of its legal documents for each CMB Partnership. Mr. Loete earned his Juris Doctorate from the Southern Illinois University’s School of Law in 2010, focusing primarily on civil and business law. Mr. Loete holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University- Carbondale. Prior to joining CMB in 2012, Mr. Loete practiced law as a criminal defense and civil litigation attorney within the state of Illinois.
Mr. Infanger is a member of CMB’s in-house legal team, assisting with the composition and structuring of legal documents for CMB’s EB-5 partnerships. Mr. Infanger received his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University Law School in 2009, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and Lead Articles Editor for the International Law and Management Review, as well as the charter recipient of the Katherine D. Pullins Outstanding Service and Leadership Award. Mr. Infanger received his Bachelor’s Degree in English with a Literary Studies emphasis from Utah Valley University in 2006. Prior to his employment at CMB, Mr. Infanger was General Counsel of a web development and design company in American Fork, Utah. His experience also includes in-house work in media licensing, human resources, and commercial transactions, as well as construction defect and securities litigation. Mr. Infanger has spent more than 14 years as a volunteer leader with the Boy Scouts of America, and spent two years as a missionary in Japan. Mr. Infanger spends his free time cooking, running, SCUBA diving, reading, and traveling with his wife and three children.
Mr. Tim Edwards works in CMB’s Information Technology department. His responsibilities include providing desktop support throughout the office and maintaining CMB’s client database. Prior to joining CMB in late 2013, Mr. Edwards worked for family-owned Graphic Design/Advertising company Edwards Creative Services. Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Western Illinois University.
Ms. Emily Smith works in CMB’s Information Technology department as a systems programmer. Her primary responsibilities include reporting, database development, and application development for CMB. Ms. Smith attended Huntington University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, and Scott Community College, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Software Development and Networking.
Renee Flanders is a Graphic Designer at CMB. Her responsibilities include the design and production of CMB’s project flyers, overviews, brochures, and materials for CMB events. Renee also coordinates graphic content for CMB’s social media. Renee joined CMB after graduating from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art History, and Marketing.
Shawn Eldridge is CMB’s graphic designer. Shawn’s duties include the design, coordination and production of all artwork associated to CMB EB-5 Partnerships and the underlying projects of each target investment. Shawn came to CMB after a 19 year career editing and designing at newspapers throughout the Midwest. Prior to that, Shawn resided in New England where he was engaged in various pursuits including studying theatre directing at the University of Maine. Shawn is also a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
