UGlobal Immigration Magazine Recognizes CMB Regional Centers as One of EB-5’s Top 25 Immigration Companies
CMB Regional Centers is pleased to announce it has been selected as one of EB-5’s Top 25 Immigration Companies of 2020 by UGlobal Immigration Magazine.

Ms. Noreen Hogan, President of CMB Regional Centers, said, “CMB appreciates the honor and recognition by Uglobal Immigration Magazine. Being identified as one of the industry’s Top 25 Immigration Companies in EB-5 reflects our company’s track record of success, longevity, and leadership in the EB-5 industry. This recognition also is an acknowledgement of our Investor-First approach in all that we do. We are grateful to our employees, partners and investors and share this recognition with them.”
In 2020, CMB achieved 10 consecutive years of attaining I-829 approvals for investors in CMB’s EB-5 partnerships, now surpassing 1,500 investors across 27 partnerships. During the year, CMB successfully navigated the USCIS’s implementation of new regulations for the EB-5 Program by continuing its practice of developing conservative EB-5 offerings that are located in true Targeted Employment Areas (TEA). As a result, CMB was the first regional center to release and fully subscribe an EB-5 offerings that qualified as a TEA not only under the former definition of a TEA, but also under the new, more stringent definition of a TEA. This year, CMB has furthered its focus on underwriting and releasing new EB-5 offerings in logistics and distribution centers, an asset class that has seen a dramatic increase in demand since COVID-19. CMB continues to release EB-5 offerings that have the client’s goals front and center: a green card and return of capital.
