CMB Regional Centers is proud to announce that we have hit a new milestone of investors from 100 countries!September 11, 2019

With over 20 years of experience, CMB continues to be a leader in the EB-5 industry and has been the first regional center to reach many milestones. CMB has recently achieved its newest milestone by subscribing an investor from the 100th different country from around the world. This achievement has not been accomplished by any other regional center in the EB-5 industry.

It is well known that approximately 85% of all EB-5 investors in the industry have come from China, but from the beginning CMB worked to diversify our client base as a best practice and with the foresight that EB-5 is not a few country program, it is an every country program.  We have proudly been the early mover in introducing EB-5 to clients in most countries and have continued to diversify while others focus on only the “Top Tier” or largest markets which has made CMB more diversified than the rest of the industry. CMB has always and continues to travel throughout the world to meet with clients from every continent with the exception of Antarctica

When you start to break down CMB’s 5,400+ investors and where they have come from, around 85% do come from the Asian continent, but less than 65% are from Mainland China. We also have investors from India, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia and many parts of the former Soviet Union and the Middle East.

There are 15 different Middle Eastern countries that CMB EB-5 investors have invested from: Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. Our first Middle Eastern investor was from Iraq and invested in our Group A Partnership back in 2007.

CMB also has many investors from Latin America countries such as: Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. Our Latin American investors are approaching nearly 10% of our overall investor base.

One of our smaller market shares comes from Africa, but is growing on a weekly basis. Currently we have investors from: The Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, South Africa, Sudan and Zambia. Although this might be our smallest market share as of right now, we are confident that this market will continue to grow over the next few months and years to come.

CMB continues to travel the world on a weekly basis to meet with prospective investors that have questions about the EB-5 program and CMB Regional Centers. In the month of September, we are traveling throughout the United States, Egypt, Dubai, India, Russia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

If you would like to meet with someone from the CMB staff while we are traveling, please contact us to schedule a meeting.
