CMB Vitaly Modlo Interview About The EB-5 Program In RussianMarch 28, 2019

CMB Regional Centers Vitaly Modlo was interviewed about the EB-5 program in Russian to cover important aspects of the EB-5 visa.  Inessa Panchuk of Sotheby’s asked Vitaly questions about the requirements of the EB-5 program, the immigration and investment timelines, and how important the job creation aspect is for every EB-5 investor and family.

Vitaly also spoke on CMB’s track record.  How CMB has a 100% project approval rate, repayment statistics, including CMB investors from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan having made the full circle in EB-5. During the interview, Vitaly mentioned that some previous investors have been willing to share their EB-5 experience with new potential investors.

CMB Regional Centers is one of the oldest active regional centers within the EB-5 industry with over twenty years of experience. Patrick F. Hogan, the CEO and Founder of CMB Regional Centers, has been involved in the EB-5 industry since 1994, and CMB’s first regional center was established in 1997.

CMB was the first regional center to rely solely upon indirect and induced job creation, and was the first to introduce what is commonly referred to as the loan model. Over the years, the EB-5 industry has continued to evolve and many of the methodologies that CMB pioneered have become widely used throughout the industry.

With over 40 staff members that speak 14 different languages. This team is made up of senior management, an investor relations team, in-house business attorneys, in-house securities compliance, in-house financial analysts and economists, and an accounting department.

In the words of Patrick Hogan: CMB is more than any one person. What CMB has been able to achieve on behalf of its investors comes from the efforts of CMB's highly talented staff combined with the efforts of the developers we work with.

It is important to remember that CMB has a long successful track record with over 5,200 EB-5 investors.  Of all the CMB investors, over 4,700 have received I-526 petition approvals, and over 1,100 investors and their families have received an I-829 approval, which allows them to live permanently in the United States.
