Continuing Resolution Briefly Extends EB-5 Regional Center ProgramDecember 19, 2020
Congress has passed a bill to extend the funding of the federal government and extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program for two days. This short extension will allow Congress to work over the weekend to negotiate the terms of an omnibus appropriations bill.
CMB will continue to monitor this situation and the negotiations for a longer-term reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
