EB-5 Investor Success! – I-829 Petition Approved for CMB Group 22February 18, 2021
CMB Regional Centers is proud to announce that the first investor in CMB Group 22 has received the approval of their I-829 petition achieving permanent green card status. Group 22 is now the 28th CMB EB-5 partnership whereby investors have received I-829 approvals. The CMB Group 22 investor is one of over 1,550 CMB investors to have achieved the approval of their I-829 petition.
Achieving the permanent green card is the single most important goal for every EB-5 participant. An I-829 petition approval acknowledges that the investor has met all of the requirements for the EB-5 program, and it is the final step in the EB-5 immigration process for each EB-5 investor.
CMB Group 22 provided $16.5 Million in EB-5 capital to help fund the development of an apartment complex at 555 Ross Street in Dallas’ historic West End district. The development’s location, modern amenities, and walkable life style attracts active professionals working and living in the area. The 5-story residential tower and 267 apartments take advantage of the renaissance of Dallas’ West End district and the continued year over year growth of the Dallas, Texas metropolitan region.
CMB Regional Centers’ President, Noreen Hogan, stated, “When the first investor in one of our EB-5 partnerships receives an I-829 approval it is a time to pause and celebrate the achievement. We are honored and humbled by the trust nearly 5,800 investors have placed with CMB in the 23 plus years we have been in the EB-5 industry. We are careful to understand this trust comes with a responsibility to work on behalf of the investors to help them achieve their immigration goals through the EB-5 program. By putting our investors first in all we do, we help families achieve their dreams while also helping create jobs for American workers and strengthening the diverse fabric of life in the United States.”
CMB Group 22 represents just one of the many EB-5 regional center success stories for both immigrant investors as well as an American community benefiting from job creating foreign investment. Each of CMB’s EB-5 partnerships carry the same time-tested approach forward to achieve the goals of the investors and stimulate new economic growth. The result is a tremendous amount of good coming from an immigration program that has zero cost to the American taxpayers.
