CMB's Group 69 partnership, a Kessler Grand Bohemian Hotel in Greenville, SC, is another investment opportunity that will loan EB-5 investment capital to an affiliate of the Kessler Collection ("Kessler"). This is the 2nd EB-5 partnership with Kessler, the first was Group 68, a Grand Bohemian Hotel in Charlotte, NC.
