A Pre-Leased Logistics Facility For A Fortune 500 Tenant

The Project

CMB Infrastructure Investment Group 82, LP (Group 82) will raise up to $36 million of EB-5 investment capital to provide a loan to an affiliate of Hillwood Development Company (Hillwood), a top ten U.S. real estate developer, for the development and construction of Hazleton Logistics Park. The Group 82 Project is a build-to-suit logistics facility located in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.


Upon completion, the development will consist of over 1,200,000 square feet (111,483 m2) and serve as a logistics facility for a Top 20 Global 500 company. Hillwood has entered into 7-year (84-month) lease agreement for the facility.


Development activities began in Q1 2021. Completion of all construction activity, tenant buildout, and leasing is targeted for Q1 2023.
