CMB REGIONAL CENTERS AT THE 2013 PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP CONFERENCE

CMB Regional Centers will have a dual role in the upcoming Public-Private Partnership Conference (P3C) on February 21st and 22nd. Firstly, CMB will be an exhibitor on the conference floor on both meeting days. Members of the team will be available for questions or comments at the CMB Regional Centers booth location during all networking timeslots. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak in-person with Senior Vice President Kraig Schwigen.
CMB REGIONAL CENTERS SELECTED TO OPERATE THE IOWA REGIONAL CENTER

CMB Regional Centers is proud to announce their appointment as the exclusive operator of the Iowa Regional Center. The Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) will continue to administer the activities of the Iowa Regional Center while working cooperatively with CMB on the development and selection of approved projects for EB-5 investment activities. CMB will manage and operate the day to day activities of the Regional Center and those Iowa projects selected for investment. The IEDA will be seeking an expansion of its geographic scope and industry sectors thereby expanding the role EB-5 can play in economic development in Iowa.

Finding the right EB-5 regional center can be a challenge. With over 200 centers nationwide, the process may seem confusing if not overwhelming. According to CMB’s Kraig Schwigen, Vice President of World Wide Operations, finding a good regional center should be approached like a homework assignment.
