CMB Regional Centers is looking to fill the role of Investor Relations Manager - Spanish! This hybrid position is located in our Dallas, TX office and requires travel domestic and international for up to 25%.

What does the Investor Relations Manager - Spanish do?

The Investor Relations Manager - Spanish is responsible for the direct communication with prospective investors looking to immigrate to the United States through the EB-5 Investor Visa Program. The Investor Relations Manager works both with prospective investors and industry attorneys, law firms, wealth managers, and immigration companies to develop strong relationships and assist with growing and developing new markets as assigned. This position will focus on building and maintaining the market in and Latin America.

What does the day to day look like?

Building relationships in their market: The Investor Relations Manager - Spanish manages and builds relationships with prospective and current clients, outside agencies, and other company contacts to ensure growth in specific markets. This includes overseeing the planning and execution of celebrations for significant, cultural events that are associated with that market, building marketing initiatives, and proposing events in your assigned market to grow brand awareness for CMB, NHK, and the EB-5 program. This person will act as a liaison between the client and CMB Regional Centers.
Reporting on market strategy: The Investor Relations Manager - Spanish reports quarterly and annually on details related to travel, the summary of clients under management, and market strategy. This person will provide insight and details on the metrics related to the return on investment, along with what has been accomplished, suggestions for improvement, strategy, and milestones to accomplish
Communicating and meeting with people from all over the world: This person has the ability to travel to specified markets on a quarterly basis to meet with current and prospective clients, attend conferences, or meet with potential company contacts. Additionally, the Investor Relations Manager - Spanish will write and contribute at least one piece of writing per month that can be used on social media or other company platforms to outline the benefits of the EB-5 program or other regionally-specific information that would help to build relationships in the assignment market.

What are the hours?

This position is located in our Dallas, TX office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
