Norton Air Force Base Visit

05/25/2017  – CMB Regional Centers During a recent visit to the former Norton Air Force Base Patrick Hogan, CMB’s CEO and Founder, visited the Stater Bros. distribution center located in San Bernardino, California.  The redevelopment of this region was part of CMB’s first eight EB-5 investment partnerships that helped create thousands of jobs after the Base Realignment and Closure Act (BRAC) shut down Norton Air Force Base.  Mr. Hogan was asked to speak at an international trade summit hosted at the former Air Force Base. Century Plaza Hotel redevelopment

05/25/2017  – CMB Regional Centers KimAnh Hua, a CMB EB-5 Case Manager, visited the Century Plaza Hotel redevelopment on Tuesday.  She took a great picture of the construction that is happening right now, which CMB’s Group 48 partnership helped fund by providing a $450 million loan (using EB-5 investment funds) to the developer Next Century Associates.  Once completed the Century Plaza Hotel and Condominiums will be a $2.5 billion development, which will have 394 up-scale hotels room and 353 luxury condominiums. Annual Inland Empire World Trade Conference

05/24/2017  – CMB Regional Centers Patrick Hogan was an honored guest and was invited to speak at the Annual Inland Empire World Trade Conference.  Mr. Hogan spoke about the huge impact that EB-5 investment capital had on attracting new business to the region and the resulting job creation that has occurred since the former Norton Air Force Base was closed in 1994.  When the base was closed there were thousands of jobs that were lost, not just directly but also indirectly in the surrounding communities in San Bernardino, CA.  Just this year there was an article written by a newspaper…
