Group 105 – Kilgore Logistics
CMB Group 105 – Kilgore Logistics involves the development and construction of a Class-A logistics facility. The project will be located in Houston’s Port (Southeast) submarket in the Houston metropolitan statistical area (MSA).
Upon completion, the project will deliver a logistics space featuring numerous desirable amenities including 40-foot (approximately 12.2 meters) ceiling clearance heights, 185-foot (approximately 56.4 meters) truck cross-dock loading configurations, an ESFR sprinkler system, reinforced floor slabs, heavy power access, and automobile and trailer parking spaces. The design also allows for build-to-suit requirements to meet the needs of the future tenant.
