I am happy to inform you that my petition I526 was just approved on July 30, 2018 after my response to RFE regarding SOF on July 18, 2018. I received the RFE on Apr. 16, 2018. It is so glad that I have green card and my investment was returned safely. I have to say thank you for everyone in CMB to get this done perfectly. There was bumpy way this happened because of me, not because of CMB. One time, I gave up to come to US but changed my mind to come here finally. It turned out one of my greatest decisions I made. Our family are very happy being here in NY now. Over last 6 years I was very impressed by CMB's professional working process, specially, when some issues came out. San Bernadine City had financial problem, but our investment fund was totally safe and the fund was actually even returned earlier than its original plan. In my case, I had to wait to get return my fund until I receive greend card and CMB staffs explained very well how the procedure will be even though it is not usual case. With regard to our experience with CMB, it has been beyond our expectation
We are so happy to have our I-829 petition approved (conditions removed from our green cards) a week ago. In reflection, it has been two and a half years that we, as a family, have been living in the US, our preferred country for residence. We believe it wouldn't have been possible without EB-5 visa and CMB, in particular. I still remember when we first searched for options to be US residents and found EB-5 route, there were so many regional centers that seemed to offer the same promise.
